I can put it in for you but if you want to do it yourself then click on your username and then go to modify profile and you'll see where it says upload avatar go to tinypic.com and upload the picture you want and copy the IMG and paste it on the upload avatar  |

^^ For future refrence also afifaroxmysox for your signature you do the same thing. Except you don't get the direct link, you get the IMG code. |
