Basically to make graphics. you have to have some type of program. Some of these programs could be photoshop CS2, CS3, CS4, photofiltre, paint, imageready, corel draw etc. There you can make graphics by combining pictures together by finding them on the internet. But you need practice first. you are going to have to download the programs, but it's okay, if you aren't allowed to. You probably already have paint though, try practicing these first and see how you do. You can find tutorials on the internet.
